Festival Tickets
Tickets purchased for the Neon Prairie Festival are final and non-refundable unless the refund insurance has been purchased. Tickets are considered forfeited if not used/redeemed at the event they were purchased for. Artist line-up, set times, performers, advertised attractions, and all event details are subject to change, and no refunds will be offered if any performances are changed or canceled. In the event the festival does not happen or is canceled in whole or in part for any reason, no refund is guaranteed and any refund would be at the discretion of Neon Prairie Festival. If the Neon Prairie Festival is cancelled in 2024, any tickets purchased will role over and the purchaser's ticket will be applied to the next year in 2025.
Tickets may be purchased directly from neonprairiefest.com or from any other official ticketing links or platforms that only the Neon Prairie deems legal. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sales channels (e.g., scalpers or resale sites) or third parties may be forged or fraudulent, and if so would not be honored or eligible for a refund. If you do choose to purchase from a third party, you assume full responsibility for ensuring your ticket is valid.
You will not be allowed to enter the Neon Prairie Festival event unless wearing your own, valid wristband. Festival wristbands must be worn at all times and must not be tampered with. Tampering with your wristband may deem it void and result in you being removed from the festival or required to purchase a new ticket.
There will be no automatic right of re-admission during the Festival should the wristband become lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged and you unconditionally accept the risk of damage to, loss of, and/or theft of your band. Your wristband is not redeemable for cash.
Anyone caught forging entry tickets, wristbands, or any other special admission tickets in order to access the Festival or sell such tickets for the festival will be prosecuted without exception.
