Join us in our enchanted forest in the middle of America's Heartland this September 6 and 7 where we’ve taken the small-town charm of Tulsa, Oklahoma and prepping to blanket it with a heavy dose of community camaraderie, electric adventures, musical rhythms, and neon lights.
But, like… Tulsa, really?
Of course, Tulsa.
Tulsa is a playground, a cultural melting pot, a breeding ground for innovation. It’s where old-school oil baron lore rubs elbows with some of today’s most creative musicians, artists, and entrepreneurs. This city isn't just quirky (although, it’s definitely quirky) — it's the town where ambition and friendliness had a fabulously creative lovechild that’s draped in tech and always down for a late-night jam session. It’s a cocktail of culture that’s always asking the question, “Wait, what just happened?”
Or maybe it’s…
“Wow, I didn’t know there was so much talent here!” Or…
“You’re from out of town? Welcome!” *Big hug ensues* Or even…
“People are just so nice here!”
For a couple of neon-lit nights in the fall, we’ll dance, laugh, and gaze at the stars with strangers while celebrating our diversity. Neon Prairie is like your neighbor’s backyard house party, but supersized and turbocharged under the moonlight in the middle of a forest. You won’t find an experience like this anywhere else — with everything from first-rate live music to glow-in-the-dark yoga to beer gardens, fire breathers, art installations, human foosball, pool parties, and so much more — we’re about to throw the most memorable celebration the midwest has ever seen.
We’re a grassroots, independent, community that's building out a scalable event with our bare hands (literally!) that's as eclectic as Oklahoma itself and loud enough to be heard in the big leagues, making Neon Prairie the newest bold brushstroke on the canvas of the world-class festival circuit. But hey, it’s not just about the neon and the noise. We get down with good vibes and good causes. We're committed to set an example by shrinking our eco-footprint while making Tulsa glow a bit brighter every day by creating meaningful activities year-round, and a portion of our profits support our local musicians, creatives, nonprofits and sustainability efforts.
And what about when the music fades and the last glow stick burns out? The good vibes keep on rolling! By showcasing art that travels and stories that spread, we keep Oklahoma’s heartbeat pulsing throughout the nation, making sure the whole world can feel its beat.
It’s going to be a wild ride, and we'd love for you to be a part of it!

Everything at the Neon Prairie has a purpose… from the symbols we use on our poster to the activities on the site map and the music stages at the event, and we hope that every person that attends leaves feeling better than when they arrived
Neon Prairie is more than a festival; it's an experience where creativity knows no bounds. We provide a platform for rising stars, musicians and creatives, to craft their magnum opus by providing a canvas for innovation to run wild and a stage for dreams to take flight.
From “black gold” to Black Wall Street, veggie burgers to chicken-fried steak, tech disruptors to theater instructors, Tulsa breathes diversity. What’s more is that these distinct groups — the religious and the humanists, the ranchers and cityfolk, the musicians, artists, thinkers, teachers, healers, and innovators — all share a burning desire to co-create meaningful experiences that highlight the mainstream appeal that Tulsa has been hiding for so long.
At the Neon Prairie, our festival goers are more than mere spectators; they are integral parts of this living, breathing tribute to Oklahoma's land. We foster a sense of togetherness, encouraging unity through music, art, and shared experiences, allowing the Neon Prairie community to flourish.
